Over the past two years, leaders have experienced more change than others in the last thirty. The one thing that is contstant is change. A cliché that is true and forces us to ask a very important leadership question.
If change is constant, what is the change capability leaders need over the next 10 years?
By change I am talking about either the buisiness or people sides of change.
Some leaders don’t build the capability to manage change effectively until they are in a leadership role. Whether you are in the C-Suite or a Founder, if you are not developing the skill to effectively manage change, you will not be equipped for the next 10 years.
