An example of this is when Sunny Hostin of ABC's The View was appointed, former co-host, Sherri Shepherd gave Sunny Hostin the gold mine of insider knowledge. She disclosed her entire salary history at the network to ensure Sunny had an insider's perspective to negotiate effectively. This is rare in any industry, much less Hollywood! Sherri is a real one.
