I stand for justice

Standing for justice is a very personal leadership decision. The the arc of history bends to the righteous but it is not an instant reality.
Speaking up and speaking out for what is right has a high cost. It is not an easy decision. Leaders find their own way of preserving what they have built while supporting quietly what they know to be right. That is Ok.

For me, my voice, stance and position is clear. Black lives matter. I support the preservation, acknowledgement and celebration of black lives. And when black lives are taken unjustly, I speak for justice.

This is how I lead, how I support small businesses, my clients by being clear as a leader on where I stand. No questions or debates. Accepting the costs.
