When Muhammad Ali stood over Sonny Liston he delivered the biggest heavyweight upset by becoming the heavy weight champion of the world.

Muhammad was still known as Cassius Clay when he won. Shortly after winning the heavyweight title he announced to the world he would be referred to as Muhammad Ali. He later used his profile and activism to speak for justice. He stood tall that day but his title, reputation and income was stripped away because he chose to stand for justice. He paid a high cost.

Today he is remembered as the greatest of all time and stands tall in history.

Leadership Lesson: Your leadership decision will always come at a cost.

How do you want to be remembered?
