I highly recommend writing a manifesto

Lateral Theory, my digital media company, is structured differently. When I thought about how I would operate, Kezia Israel, MBA the Verbal Identity Strategist, post about Manifestos came at the right time.

Kezia makes me think about language differently. When she posted the picture below in her carousel in November of last year, I saved it. I needed time to reflect and think about our manifesto.
