There really is a Jeopardy

I don't know if you have been following the Jeopardy debacle, but I have. Love Jeopardy and the late Alex Trebek, who hosted the show with brilliance and no scandal for 37 seasons!

Trebek's passing created a vacancy for a host. Thus the 'open' search began with multiple hosts vying for the slot. One said individual was Levar Burton. Trekkies like me will know who Burton is. If not, he was in Roots and hosted Reading Rainbow.

Now Burton loves Jeopardy and had to wage a social media campaign for a guest slot he eventually got and delivered to rave reviews. In the end, Burton and several others did not get selected.

Do you know who did? Mike Richards and Dr Mayim Bialik. Bialik, The Big Bang Theory, only for select episodes. So who is Mike Richards, the Executive Producer of the show and a decision-maker of the host role.

What is happening now, after 37 seasons of stellar brilliance, the newly appointed host who hasn't started yet has exited. Why? Perhaps because of an anti-defamation league investigation called for comments he made about Jews, women and other groups that resurfaced.

The leadership and business lessons here speak for themselves. Your thoughts?
